    Prepayment / Bank Transfer: Payment by bank transfer (e.g. online banking of your house bank). Of course, you will need our bank details, which you will receive in your order confirmation email.

    PayPal: Pay your order easily, quickly and securely with Paypal. Your order will be shipped immediately after receipt of money! To use this payment method, you need an account with Paypal, which is set up quickly and free of charge on www.paypal.de . 

    We ship same day Monday to Saturday if payment is received by 10am. National shipping time is usually 1-3 days. For more information and international shipping times please visit Shipping & Payment.

    Write to us! All orders can be returned free of charge for one month. Please ask us for a return label. Digital goods (downloads) are excluded from this.

    Most of our items are delivered by Deutsche Post and fit in the mailbox. Larger items are shipped with Hermes or DHL. You are welcome to specify a Packstation or Hermes store for larger items.
